I work with people who feel stretched thin, exhausted, or stuck in routines that don’t support the life they want to live. You might relate if you:

About Me

Beth Jennings in Antarctica

I went for the adventure, and I got it—glaciers, penguins, all of it. But I also left depleted.

Back pain, fatigue, and extra body weight reminded me that even the most thrilling experiences can take a toll. 


Sure, I soaked it all up in Antarctica. I hiked glaciers, heard a penguin's call, walked in the footsteps of early explorers, and danced in the midnight sun with my fellow workers. 


All this around a 54-hour work week in an extreme environment, with limited fresh food, little support nearby, and shoveling snow as my main exercise. Needless to say, my energy and performance tanked.


 With each season after the first, I made a plan for my energy and health. It was still tough, but it worked—and I learned strategies I now share with my clients.


I’m Beth Jennings, a licensed physical therapist and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I help people like you reclaim energy, build sustainable habits, and navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re traveling, working long hours, or just juggling the demands of a busy life.
