I left there with back pain, fatigue, and extra body weight. And I felt ill.
Sure, I soaked it all up. I hiked glaciers, heard a penguin's call, walked in the footsteps of early explorers, and danced in the midnight sun with my fellow workers.
All this around a 54-hour work week in an extreme environment, where fresh food was in short supply, my usual support system was thousands of miles away, and shoveling snow was a primary form of exercise.
Needless to say, my energy and performance tanked and I learned a lot from that first season. With each season after the first, I made a plan for my energy and health, so I didn't feel so depleted. It was still tough and loads of fun, but it worked!
I've figured out many strategies and am ready to share them with you. I want to learn about your unique challenges on the road so we can tackle them together.
So you can:
I work with people who know they want something better for their energy, health, and happiness.
My clients may travel for work or navigate that journey we call life. They’re not looking for quick fixes or rigid plans. They want a way forward that honors both the real life chaos of today and vitality for the long-term.
If that sounds like you, welcome.
You’re in the right place.
My clients tend to be ready to dig a little deeper to learn how to make the changes they want to see.
They've learned that just be told what to do doesn't work, at least not for long.
They know that for change to stick, it means they are part of the process and we find the path that works for them.
My approach is a collaborative one that respects the ups and downs of life, leaves room for both structure and spontaneity, and builds toward something my clients can sustain.
Our work is rooted in conversation, reflection, and practical strategies that fit your life. I bring tools like motivational interviewing, accountability, and a belief that movement is medicine.
I also bring a sense of humor, because sometimes, the best way to approach tough topics is with a little lightness.
