Hi, I'm Beth, The traveler's Wellness coach
I help professionals like you elevate their energy, health, and happiness without letting travel trip them up.
I help professionals like you elevate their energy, health, and happiness without letting travel trip them up.
Did they ever? You have good intentions of taking care of yourself but the challenges are real.
Is burning the candle at both ends no longer serving you? Has your doctor talked to you about something and change feels overwhelming? Or maybe you're doing ok, but something is niggling in the back of your head that you can't quite put your finger on?
Yep, I've been there too. My name is Beth and I help professionals like you get the most out their amazing lives.
I'm not just a coach; I'm your confidante, sounding-board, and biggest fan. With a playful, honest, and friendly approach, I will help you to:
THINK BIG
FEEL GOOD
GO FAR
when it comes to your energy, health, and happiness.

Some say that the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago.
And that the second best time is now.
Couldn't we think the same way about the changes we want to make for ourselves?
I'm ready to help you start digging.
I provide one-on-one wellness and life coaching services by phone or video to work with YOUR goals.
You don't know what you want to achieve? I can help you with that too, in a supportive environment where YOU are in charge.
Your office is a vehicle or you are on the road at different worksites. Lunch is where you can grab it, and you might be sitting more than you'd like. Are you in sales, home healthcare, delivery services, or construction?
You work under contracts or deployments and head to a new location to work for a few weeks, a few months, a year, or more. It's challenging to keep your goals on track when you're away from a consistent home base.
Las Vegas this week. Syracuse next week. Somewhere in Nebraska after that. Your frequent flyer account is robust, and the flight attendants know your name. Staying focused on you with company lunches and red-eyes has proven to be tricky.
You don't have to travel to work with me. If something I've said resonates with you, let's talk. Maybe you want to kick a habit that no longer serves you, can't sleep, or generally feel lousy and you want to work on that. Maybe there's a better way. Let's figure it out together.
"Between my job and my commitments at home, I don't have time for myself. And I am feeling it."
"I'm overwhelmed by all the health advice out there. So I give up and do what I want."
"I feel like crap. My energy is poor. My sleep is a mess. I can't imagine exercising, but I'm ready to try something."
"I try hard to be healthy when I'm home, but I treat work trips like a vacation and splurge way too much. Then I get home and I feel exhausted and bad about the choices I've made."
"It's hard to say no to all the good restaurants, cocktails, street food, or the yummy foods that show up for events."
"I know what to do, but I just can't get into the habit."
Beth is excellent at assessing how much of a 'push' one needs and delivering it in a clear, constructive way. While you are in control of developing and working towards your goals, she will help you remain centered and focused on what is important to you with regular check-ins and reassessments. At the end of working with Beth, I was able to look back at the work I did and recognize my growth and success, and had a roadmap for continuing to develop towards new goals. - June
