Beth is a physical therapist-turned-wellness coach who has a passion for wellness. She helps clients build healthy habits that fit their lives and on their terms and believes in empowering you to take control of your life.

Each one-on-one coaching session is all about you and talking about what you want to achieve, any challenges or roadblocks that may be holding you back, and the successes you've had.
Beth helps you to set goals and provides the support and accountability you need to keep you going and to help you move in the direction of your dream.

Meeting in person is possible, but most times your coaching sessions are over the phone or via video.
Coaching is a cash-pay service with payment installments available. Beth doesn't accept insurance, but she can provide receipts if you are able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA).
